01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ct9990 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of ct9990, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ct9990 operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform offering Live Casino, Fish Games, Sports Betting and other gaming products. The platform is available to eligible players and processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through supported payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

If at any point you do not agree with these Terms or any updated version of them, you must stop using ct9990 immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use ct9990, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by ct9990 for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are gaming of your own free will.

ct9990 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If you cannot satisfactorily verify your age when asked, your account may be suspended and any balances held pending verification. This is a firm policy and is not negotiable — the protection of minors is a priority for ct9990.

03 Account Rules

Each player may hold only one registered account with ct9990. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ct9990 will close the additional accounts and may confiscate any balances or winnings generated within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ct9990 support immediately. ct9990 cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

• Only one account per individual is permitted.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• ct9990 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or large deposits.
• Accounts showing prolonged inactivity may be subject to dormancy policies as communicated separately.

04 Deposits

ct9990 accepts deposits in PKR only. The minimum deposit is PKR 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Deposits via Raast and bank transfer may have different minimum amounts as displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match your ct9990 account name — are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

Deposit processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash: Credited within 1–3 minutes after transaction confirmation.
• Easypaisa: Credited within 1–3 minutes after transaction confirmation.
• Raast: Real-time transfer; credited immediately in most cases.
• Bank Transfer: Credited within 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing time.

ct9990 does not charge deposit fees. If your balance has not updated within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and the team will investigate promptly.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. As with deposits, withdrawals must be sent to an account registered in your own name. ct9990 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, ct9990 may require you to complete a verification step to confirm your identity. This is a standard procedure designed to protect players and prevent fraud. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID or a screenshot confirming ownership of your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet.

Withdrawal processing times:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically 5–15 minutes once approved.
• Raast: Real-time in most cases once approved.
• Bank Transfer: 15 minutes to a few hours depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 6. Any real-money balance that was not sourced from bonus activity can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount displayed on the Withdrawal page. ct9990 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ct9990 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cricket promotions during PSL and T20 seasons, cashback deals and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed at the point of offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity window.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ct9990 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or any other strategy designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Winnings generated from free bets or bonus spins may be subject to additional wagering before withdrawal.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on ct9990 — including Live Casino tables, Fish Games and Sports Betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection, server error or game malfunction — ct9990 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault, the stake for that round will be refunded to your account balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably faulty game round may not be honoured.

For Sports Betting, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets:

• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body.
• ct9990 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a pricing error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and are displayed at the time of betting.
• Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been accepted unless the event is cancelled or voided by the sport's governing body.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, ct9990 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime due to maintenance, technical faults or force majeure events.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
